Two women who were friends on Facebook for a decade, who didn’t know they lived within walking distance, have got married – after finally meeting in person.
After years of online chats and messaging Tracie Brown and her now wife Cheryl Parsa-Brown only realised they may be living in the same neighbourhood after noticing views from their home windows were very similar. Cheryl, 62, compared notes after noticing a photo 50-year-old Tracie had posted on the social media platform of an ice storm outside her house – and they pieced together that they were only a few minutes’ walk from one another.
